  • Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within 2-4 business days of receiving them. However, during times of high volume, this processing time may vary.

Made-to-Order Dresses: All of our dresses are made to order and can take up to six months to complete. We require a wedding date to be provided and recommend planning accordingly. We are not responsible for any rush order requests that are not approved by La Bridal Maison.

  • Shipping Time: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to most areas within Australia, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location.
  • Shipping Fees: We are happy to offer complimentary shipping within Australia!
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and know when to expect delivery.
  • Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We want to ensure that your dress arrives safely and on time, and are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
  • Delivery Signature: A signature may be required for delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your package, please make arrangements for someone else to be there on your behalf.
