Refund policy

At La Bridal Maison, we understand the importance of finding the perfect dress and accessories for your special day. However, please note that, no matter if you have chosen a standard size or have requested to have it made in your specific size, all of our dresses and separates are made to order and therefore cannot be refunded. 

We kindly ask that you make your selection carefully as we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations once your order has been placed as production may begin immediately. Your dress will be completed and shipped to your provided address within six months from the order date, unless a rush order request has been approved by us, and the appropriate rush fees have been paid in full at the time of placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any made-to-order dresses, sample items, or earrings due to hygiene concerns. 

However, we do accept returns on select items within our Veils & Accessories, within 48 hours of receiving your item. To initiate a return, please contact our team at hello@labridalmaison.com. Please note that return postage will be at the buyer's expense.

I know you don’t refund your made-to-order dresses, but what if I received a faulty item? 

At La Bridal Maison, we take pride in providing high-quality garments that are carefully inspected before being shipped to our customers. However, in the rare case that you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@labridalmaison.com with a description of the issue and images to support your claim. We will then provide instructions on how to return the item for repair or replacement.

Please note that the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will gladly cover the cost of return postage. Additionally, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise after the item has been dispatched, including wear and tear or accidental damage.
