We have a limited selection of dresses that can be shipped within 3-5 business days. If you need a wedding dress in a rush, please contact us to discuss your deadline and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional rush fees may apply.
The answer is "OUI," we can definitely accommodate customized dresses. If you have found a dress in our current collection that you would like to have personalized to your specific measurements, you can now simply select the "MADE TO ORDER" option from the drop-down menu before adding it to your cart.
Alternatively, if you have a specific vision for your dream wedding dress, our designer and atelier team can work with you to create a house sketch based on your preferences. We encourage you to gather your thoughts and provide as much information as possible (style, budget, fabric etc) when you book your appointment with us. Please note that a different fee will apply for these types of customizations.
We understand that bringing your loved ones along to your appointment can be exciting but please keep in mind that our space is limited and we want the best experience for you and your guests, so we suggest limiting the number of people you bring to three, including yourself.

As a small business, we charge a AUD 50 fee for each appointment due to the negative impact of client no-shows and cancellations.
However, this fee is fully redeemable towards the purchase of your wedding dress from us. Thank you for understanding and supporting our business.
Of course! We understand that not everyone is able to come to our showroom in person. That's why we offer the option of virtual appointment via facetime or online video chat. During the appointment, one of our experts will be able to show you the selection of the dresses that we currently have and you will see them in a more life-like effect.

Our veils and accessories are typically in stock at our headquarters in Brisbane and can be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Delivery within Australia typically takes 2-5 business days.
