The answer is "OUI," we can definitely accommodate customized dresses. If you have found a dress in our current collection that you would like to have personalized to your specific measurements, you can now simply select the "MADE TO ORDER" option from the drop-down menu before adding it to your cart.

Alternatively, if you have a specific vision for your dream wedding dress, our designer and atelier team can work with you to create a house sketch based on your preferences. We encourage you to gather your thoughts and provide as much information as possible (style, budget, fabric etc) when you book your appointment with us. Please note that a different fee will apply for these types of customizations.

We understand that bringing your loved ones along to your appointment can be exciting but please keep in mind that our space is limited and we want the best experience for you and your guests, so we suggest limiting the number of people you bring to three, including yourself.

Secondly we found too many opinions can be somewhat overwhelming when trying gowns and we would hate for this to detract from your experience.

So sticking to a smaller group for a more relaxed and enjoyable time. We appreciate your understanding. You will appreciate the focused opinions of a trusted few!

Of course! We understand that not everyone is able to come to our showroom in person. That's why we offer the option of virtual appointment via facetime or online video chat. During the appointment, one of our experts will be able to show you the selection of the dresses that we currently have and you will see them in a more life-like effect.

At this time, we are only able to ship to locations within Australia. However, we are actively working towards expanding our shipping options in the future.

Our veils and accessories are typically in stock at our headquarters in Brisbane and can be shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. Delivery within Australia typically takes 2-5 business days.

If a veil or accessory is currently on backorder or has a longer shipping time frame, this will be noted on the product page. All of our dresses are made-to-order, whether you choose a standard size or a customized fit. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our team at hello@labridalmaison.com for guidance on style and sizing before making a purchase.

If your order was for a standard size and it does not fit quite right, an exchange or credit note may be available. However, please keep in mind that if we do not have the right size for an immediate exchange, we are not responsible for the waiting time, as each dress is made-to-order and requires time to create.

Please note that we cannot accept returns, refund or exchanges for any customized dresses or sample items.

Due to the varied shapes and sizes of women's bodies, it is completely normal for wedding gowns to require some slight alterations/adjustment to achieve the perfect fit or to ensure a comfortable and flattering fit on your special day.

We are happy to suggest areas that may need alterations, but the final decision and cost of alterations are the responsibility of the bride. We recommend contacting a reputable alterations company to ensure the best results.

At La Bridal Maison, we are committed to helping you find the perfect fit for your special day. Our bridal gowns are made to order, and we offer both customized and standard sizing at the same cost.

If you opt for a standard size and find yourself between sizes, we recommend choosing the size that accommodates your largest measurement and having it altered for the ideal fit.

For customized sizing, we hope you understand that while it can minimize the number of alterations needed, it may not guarantee a perfect fit due to possible fluctuations in body measurements. Do you accept returns?

We only accept returns for select items within our Veils & Accessories category (excluding earrings).

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@labridalmaison.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Once your return has been confirmed, we must receive your item within 14 days if you are located in Australia. Items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.

Yes, we do ship internationally. If you would like to place an order outside of Australia, please email us at hello@labridalmaison.com with your shipping destination.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price and are the buyer's responsibility. These fees are set by the customs agency in your country based on the item's value.
